Join us and celebrate National Trails Day by hiking RVC's newest preserve, Gnome Hollow and picnicking at our next preserve, Limestone Ridge.
MEET: 9:30 am at Givens Belet American Legion/ VFW Post, Route 521 (Hope Road), Blairstown NJ (1/2 miles south of Route 94). 
HIKE: Gnome Hollow trail, Stillwater Road, Frelinghuysen Township. Moderate terrain. Gnome Hollow is a 131-acre forest and former Christmas tree farm acquired in partnership with the The Trust for Public Land and Kids Corp in 2010. The trail affords views of the Paulins Kill Valley and Kittatinny Ridge.
LUNCH: Join us back at the Givens Belet American Legion/VFW Post for light lunch. Givens Belet is the trailhead for RVC's next preserve, Limestone Ridge; which will be obtained by trading land with the State of New Jersey. Learn about the preserve while relaxing with lunch and a drink.
