Closed April 2004. Conservation Easement. Partnering with Blairstown and Hardwick townships, Warren County and New Jersey Farmland Preservation Program. All combined their efforts and funding along with RVC to preserve the Round Hill Farm. The project was also made possible by a charitable donation from owners. The owners have also donated an easement on an additional four acres of developable land that was previously part of the farm.
