The Mohawk House Kitchen is founded on the premise of utilizing fresh, pure ingredients, and creating each meal from scratch. They select the highest quality produce, seafood caught fresh and delivered daily, and naturally raised beef, poultry, lamb, pork, and veal. All of their breads and desserts are created in-house each day using high quality grains and dairy. They believe that your food should not only look good, but also tastes good and be good for you!

The Mohawk House reflects on the relaxed character of original lake style homes indigenous to Lake Mohawk. The warm mix of rustic woods, stone and brick, creates a comfortable, yet elegant atmosphere. Each niche within Mohawk House has been designed with an emphasis on your comfort.

DIRECTIONS TO MOHAWK HOUSE

From Route 206: Take Route 206 North to Andover Borough. Make a right onto Route 517 north. Follow Route 517 north to Sparta. Stay on Route 517 north where it intersects Newton/Sparta Road (Route 616). Go straight on Route 517 across Route 181 toward Route 15. Restaurant is about 1/4 mile on your right on Route 517, look for sign on left. From Route 15: Route 15 North: Take exit for Route 517. At end of ramp, make left onto Route 517 south. Cross back over Route 15. Restaurant is about 3/4 miles on your right, look for sign. Route 15 South: Take Route 15 south through Lafayette. Stay to left and take Route 181 toward Sparta. At traffic light (Shell Station), make left on to Route 571 north. Restaurant is about 1/4 mile on your left, look for sign. From Newton: At square make right on Spring Street. Spring Street turns into Route 616 east, Newton/Sparta Road. Take Route 616 to Sparta, where it turns into Route 517 north. Take Route 517 north, cross Route 181, toward Route 15. Restaurant is about 1/4 on your left, after Route 181.

From Franklin: Take Route 23 south to Route 517 south. Go through Ogdensburg. Cross Route 15. Restaurant is on Route 517 about 3/4 mile past Route 15 on your right, look for sign.
